One thing I’ve gotten used to going to work is taking the F line.  Next to the cable car, it’s San Francisco’s popular tourist line.  The F line route starts from the CASTRO to FISHERMAN’S WARF.  Sometimes it can get crazy.  You get your share of tourists.  Lots of questions like which stop to get off at.  You also get the occasional tourist being yelled at because they don’t know they need to step down in order for the doors to open.  It’s an option to take going to work.  Sometimes it’s fun, sometimes it can get annoying especially when there are obnoxious people on board or it’s super crowded cause the driver just keeps on accepting passengers.  It doesn’t really drop you door to door but it gets you to work.

Other day I was reading about San Francisco’s Historic Streetcar Service and no doubt F-line streetcar is a great alternative to the cable cars when travling within city!
